Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but my suite on the 2nd floor was quite large with minimal furnishings and noticeable stains. The window was also leaky. The service was exceptional, with very accommodating staff and free hot breakfast included. The location was convenient for traveling along Hwy 44, but the cleanliness and safety of the area left me feeling uneasy. The dining options were average, with limited breakfast choices. Overall, I found the hotel to have both positive and negative aspects to consider.
When we checked in, we were surprised to find out that the rooms we reserved and paid extra for were not as described - they were non-adjoining rooms with one king bed each. The lack of proper housekeeping was evident with unmade beds and a lingering mildew smell. The staff's attitude was dismissive, suggesting we look for another hotel despite knowing there were no other available rooms in town.
My stay at the hotel was a bit disappointing overall. The rooms were not up to par for a 3-star rating, but the price was much more affordable than other hotels. The service was friendly, but there were some issues with cleanliness and maintenance. The location was decent for my activities in Tulsa, but it wasn't the nicest area. The dining experience was mediocre with limited options and cleanliness concerns.
